Following the 'Time to Clear the Air' campaign, the AWD has joined up with the HSE to run a series of events specifically on fume extraction and protective equipment when welding and cutting.

All sessions open at 10:00am for registration and run between approximately 10.30am to 12.30am with refreshments provided.

Who should attend?
The events are aimed at users of hot flame applications, such as welding arc, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting etc. Anyone working in these environments, whether directly
(as productions workers) or those supporting the processes should also attend.
From Safety Officials to MD's and Welders to Production Managers, the seminars will update users on the technology and legislation which will improve the working environment, whilst detailing methods to improve productivity and save money.
